If you’ve stayed on track, well done! But don’t let it go to your head. You never know when the weight might creep back on. It’s gradual, sneaky, crafty. A few pounds each month, time flies, and you’re back at square one.
If you’ve maintained successfully for your first three months of forever, stay on guard. Keep an eye out for those bad habits. Remember the fat cells that’re dying to be big again. Don’t let them win!
