Healthy black body weight maintenance is the best of both worlds. You get to be thicker like a fat person, but you’re thicker in the right places. You get to be smaller like a slim person, but not scrawny because you have muscle tone. The problem is it’s hard to stay at a healthy weight. Hard, but not impossible.
This section is for three kinds of people. The first kind is anyone who has maintained a healthy weight their entire life. The second kind is anyone who has lost weight and doesn’t want to regain. The third kind is anyone who has gained muscle or fat (or both) and wants to maintain a healthier, heavier weight. The goal for each kind of person is the same: maintain a healthy weight for life.
